The Trade Facilitation Platform Trader Module
The module covers Unique Consignment Reference Number, Import Declaration Form, Consignment Document, Customs Security Bonds, Master Document and Payments.
The objective of the trader module is to enable the traders to:
a. Enable the Clearing agents, Exporters and Importers to appreciate the functionality of the Single window system and the benefits of the single window
b. Enable the Customs Agents and Exporters and Importers understand how to apply and track approval for applications submitted (MD, CD, UCR, IDF, KEBS inspection process, pre-payments, deferred payments in single window and normal payments through National Payment Gateway. (NPG)
c. Enable the Agency get feedback from the Customs Agents, Exporters and Importers concerning area that needs to be reviewed in the system in regard to the current procedures.
