Trader Module
The trader module training content includes Unique Consignment Reference Number, Import Declaration Form,/ Base Documents, Consignment Document, Local Certificate of Conformity inspection, Customs Security Bonds, Master Document and Payments.
The objective of the trader module is to enable the:
- Clearing agents, Exporters and Importers to appreciate the functionality of the Single window system and the benefits of the single window
- Customs Agents, Exporters and Importers understand how to apply and track approval for applications submitted (MD, CD, UCR, IDF, KEBS inspection//local inspection process, pre-payments, deferred payments in single window and normal payments through National Payment Gateway. (NPG)
- Agency get feedback from the Customs Agents, Exporters and Importers concerning area that needs to be reviewed in the system regarding the current procedures.

Partner Government Agency Module
The module coves PGA System Administration, Consignment Document approval, Master Document approval and Payment. The objective of Partner Government Agency Module is to enable the:
1. Partner Government Agencies approvers to appreciate the advantages of the Kenya TradeNet System to the business fraternity and to the Government Agencies.
2. PGA officers understand how traders will be making and submitting applications or permits/approvals/ licenses and how those applications* will be processed/approved in the Kenya TradeNet System. ( *MD, CD, UCR, IDF,KEBS inspection process, pre-payments, deferred payments in single window and normal payments through National Payment Gateway. (NPG)
3. The Agency to get feedback from the officers concerning areas that needs to be reviewed /enhanced in the system.
